Jeremiah was born addicted to crack cocaine on May 7, 1986, weighing only 2.5lbs and was three months premature; Jeremiah proved to be a fighter from birth. For those who had the pleasure of knowing Jeremiah, knew he had a heart of gold, and would give anyone the shirt off his back. He cherished his family & friends tremendously & although Jeremiah struggled academically he never as much visited a principal's office or jail.
Jeremiah dedicated his life to music and was an up and coming rapper in the community. Jeremiah would not let anyone define him by his disabilities or challenges. Unfortunately, Jeremiah's life was shortened at the age of 25, but he lived his life to the fullest and was an inspiration to all that met him.
Despite her early years of drug abuse Ann, Jeremiah's mother decided to allow God to direct her path and has been clean for over a decade. Today, Ann is a respected member of the community she is a proud grandmother & great grandmother, homeowner and has been employed with Kennedy Space Center for a number of years.
Ann is a pillar in her community and gives back constantly by volunteering, giving to local organizations, and being involved with her church. You can always expect to receive a word of comfort and a little humor no matter where you may see her. She is living proof that community and support changes lives.
